We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Contract Engineer to manage contracts and ensure compliance throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and tender documents
• Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Monitor contract performance and handle variations/claims
• Assist in negotiation of terms, pricing, and conditions
• Track project progress against contractual obligations
• Resolve disputes and support contract administration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related)
• Proven experience in contract management or project administration
• Strong understanding of contract laws and FIDIC (preferred)
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel & Word)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of tendering and procurement processes
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
