XPO Technology General Trading & Contracting Company W.L.L. has implemented an Integrated Management System based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards and recognizes that excellence in managing Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) is a social responsibility, a positive contribution to sustainable development and essential to the success of our business.

Management at all levels shall ensure the effective implementation of this policy within those parts of the business for which we are accountable. We are committed to developing a long-term sustainable business. Preventing pollution and minimizing the environmental impact of our operations making the most efficient use of natural resources and energy business at the same time, it is the duty of each of our employee to work in a safe manner so as not to endanger themselves or their colleagues at work.

• • Ensure maximum customer satisfaction, by providing our customers with quality products and services on time, meeting their requirements by the application of the processes developed in line with the international standards and Company's Management Information System (MIS) and applied by qualified & trained employees with continuous auditing.

• • Constantly strive to achieve 'Zero' injury and ill health, by proactively identifying and analysing the risks related to occupational health & safety and impacts on the environment, and implementing actions to eliminate/ mitigate the risks, and improve occupational health and safety management performance.
• • Provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health.
• • Comply with all applicable legal, statutory, regulatory, contractual and other requirements related to quality, health, safety & environment.
• • Manage environmental aspects by preventing pollution and complying with environmental requirements, with the aim of becoming a leading organization in the implementation of environmental best practices.
• • Integrate QHSE into all business processes by creating and maintaining a QHSE culture, such that all employees/interested parties feel responsible and are active in driving the QHSE Culture.
• • Address internal and external issues relevant to our scope of work and follow a risk-based approach for our processes.
• • Monitor the performance of the IMS regularly to identify opportunities for improvements and to continually improve the effectiveness of the quality, occupational health, safety, and environmental management systems as culture of XPO.
• • Identify, correct and prevent nonconformances and risks related to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment; ensure that all risks are identified and reduced with suitable controls to as low as reasonably practicable.
• • Communicate this policy effectively to our employees, customers, stakeholders and all other interested parties.
• • Ensure consultation and participation of workers in OH&S Management System.
