ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure materials and tools are available and in good condition
•  Assemble scaffolding tubes, boards, and clamps to build   temporary structures
• Ensure all scaffolds are level, plumb, and securely braced
• Extend or shorten platforms while maintaining structural integrity
• Coordinate changes with supervisors and site engineers
• Check for signs of wear, damage, rust, or loosened fittings
• Follow site safety rules and scaffolding codes of practice
• Return materials to storage, checking for damage

DESIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum: High School
• Preferred: Vocational training or certification in construction, scaffolding, or related trades
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in scaffolding operations, including:
• Erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems
• Working with various types of scaffolds
